As each lamb is sold individually, we can provide you with whatever cuts you require. Some people just have half legs and half shoulders and chops others like to be a bit more adventurous with racks, guards of honour and lamb shanks. Some even mix and match with half a lamb cut conventionally and the rest in a rack or in rolled joints.

Don’t forget, if you want special cuts or whole joints you must tell us when you order as we can’t change the joints once the meat is butchered!
